Francis Tejada was born on March 21st 1986 & was raised in East Brunswick New Jersey. He went to East Brunswick High School where he was involved in theatre, video production, & sports. Francis has always been passionate about filmmaking & had made several shorts with his friends during his adolescence.
Francis graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2008 where he concentrated in Communication Studies & Visual Arts. After graduation, Francis became involved in many film projects serving as a production assistant, assistant cinematographer, camera operator, assistant director, & editor.
In 2010, he made his first professional short film with Riverview Studios & Front Row Seat Productions entitled Awkward Knockings. He has also written & directed a commercial for Marketplace Wines and Spirits in East Brunswick.
After this experience, Francis felt that he was ready to direct his first feature film. He had written & developed Bar Time Story in the summer of 2011 while collaborating with his close friends, Michael Klitsch, Nicholas Rotondo, & Adrienne Anghelone.
